RETURNS

this policy lasts 14 days. once over 14 days we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. Due to hygiene we cannot exchange Earrings ( including sets).

items must be unused and in their original packaging as they would be received in. If items are received damaged please take pictures of the packaging to show this  

goods received back damaged or used a refund will not be  available.

REFUNDS

refunds will be issued once items are returned back within 14 days of receipt in the conditions above. If goods are applicable we will send an email to notify you a refund has been issued. If you receive goods damaged or faulty or just wish to return you must contact us first to notify us of this decision.

Sale items CANNOT be refunded, only full price items.

we can only exchange items if the goods you receive are damaged with proof by email to  tjs.jems@yahoo.co.uk

all items returned is advised to be tracked as we cannot guarantee receipt of goods. all customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs which are non-refundable unless its a faulty item, we will then advise and cover these costs
